AhKhDh 0 Posted March 31, 2025 Posted March 31, 2025 (edited) I am just moving over from Plex and have run into an issue with the tv show library. I use a windows 10 server that accesses 2 Synology servers for the files. All other genres populated fine except for the series drama folder. All my series are under a network listing of \\192.x.x.x\Series\Drama, Action , Comedy etc. everything populated fine except for drama which shows me a Drama main listing and all the series folders are under that with no icons or TVDB lookups. I have refreshed metadata, removed identification and even tried adding the network location IE \\192.x.x.x\Series\Drama but nothing has worked. I even tried creating a Drama only TV library and that has the same issue. IMG_0073.MOV Edited March 31, 2025 by AhKhDh uploaded wrong pics

Happy2Play 9780 Posted March 31, 2025 Posted March 31, 2025 There are several topics on issues with nested folder structure with TV Shows. But in the end it is alway as specific Show that trips up the automatic detection used to determine what level the show begins. But a wild guess would be either 1883 and/or 1923 is seen as a season making Drama the Show. There are many more but basically you need to add year to your naming scheme for this complex folder structure to not get it wrong occasionally.
