Trakt plugin don't sync

I managed to connect my trakt account with great difficulty.
However, emby does not send any information to trakt.

Example i see the series call primal.

I've been manually checking the watched status on Trac so far. I watched season 2 on the app, I set the synchronization, but Trac doesn't show that it transferred that I watched season 2.

on emby meta data series is a same. just the meta data language is different.

Did you check the external ids in the metadata editor for the series? Are they correct?

Yes, it’s correct. But the problem it’s not just one series. I see in Emby the different series and film and not synchronized at the Trakt watching list.

What exactly did you verify?

I don't remember a case where there was ever a problem with metadata data.
I've tried re-syncing several times since then. I deleted the PIN in the Trakt extension and re-entered it.
but there is something more interesting here. I'm trying to figure out what the problem could be.
When I watch any movie or series on the Infuse app while connected to the Emby server, it shows up on Trakt. I don't think it's a metadata problem because Infuse uses the data provided on Emby to send the viewing status to Trakt. The only difference is that Infuse can sync with Emby directly, but not directly.

Maybe the problem with a profile name.

Yes. Are those three ids for the series correct? Do all of the episodes have season and episode numbers filled out in emby server?
