Unable to access my account on LG TV

Hello,

I'm trying to access my Emby server (embyIL.TV) through LG TV, but keep getting an "invalid username or password" error.
I tried resetting my password and got a message that I need to contact my administrator.

Can someone please advise if this is a known issue and/or how I can solve it?

I'm trying to reach out to someone else server. It worked till now but for some reason stopped working.

OK. You will need to reach out to them to find the username and password to use on their server. Please let us know if this helps .Thanks.
