Subtitles won't auto-download

Hi,

I'm trying to configure my Emby server to download subtitles for my movies, but the scheduled task doesn't seem to do much. When ever I run the scheduled task, it'll log a GET request to open subtitles with movie hash "afb5e9cdf2265b02" then stop.

I am still able to manually download subtitles through the Edit Subtitle option in the web app. I also tried testing out the Podnapisi plugin, but it doesn't seem to make a difference in the scheduled task if I try using that and have open subtitles unchecked in the library settings. i.e. It'll still log that same GET request to open subtitles. Tried restarting the server a couple of times throughout my troubleshooting, but keep getting that same log message.

The logs shows what happens when I try to a subtitle search by editing the subtitles on a movie from the web app  and when I run the scheduled task. Also attached a screenshot of my subtitle settings for my movie library

Hi, it's probably due to the "stop trying" option. Did you read the help text underneath that option?

Didn't read it close enough apparently. Tweaked that setting and it did download a few before hitting open subtitles download limit. Thanks for the help
