Emby Music library There are no active Album Metadata or Album Image fetchers.

Hello, 

Anybody know why these are missing when i setup the music folder?

There are no active Album Metadata or Album Image fetchers to pick from.

Hi Luke, 

Missing from when i create the music folder within Emby.

i click on the ... then edit i cant see the album artist search so i get a black picture for album artist.

it does find the album and art but album artist is blank with no option to search for it.  I can add folder.jpg but i dont want to have to do that for my entire library.

The server ships with musicbrainz and audiodb plugins. You must have uninstalled them at some point, so you'll need to use the plugin catalog to get them back. You uninstalled others as well, at least including tvdb but possibly more. So you might end up having the same questions if and when you try to setup a tv library.

I dont remember removing them, ok thank you for pointing this out.  Heres whats installed on my server.

Everything working as it should, Thank you for the quick fix and pointing out my mistake.  Am i missing anything else that should be there?

Well "should" depends on your usage. Clearly you removed a bunch of things thinking that you didn't need them and not knowing what they were. But then you go and try to use features that require at least one of them installed and that creates this situation here.

I am sorry Luke, I shouldn’t have removed the default plugins so I’ve learned a valuable lesson.  Leave well alone.  So sorry again.  I use Emby for is TV/Movies/Documentaries/Music and IPTV.  I have the premuim sub to support you guys in the work you do.
