NFO file in root library folder

Is there a way for emby to use an NFO file in a root folder? I would like to tag the entire library in one shot.

/mnt/hdd/tvshows/tvshows.nfo

<tvshow>
	<tag>TVshows</tag>
</tvshow>

If you refer to items contained within, you can batch-tag them all in one go with something like Bulky plugin.
