Subtitles disapear when I pause

Hi, I've been facing an annoying issue. Whenever I pause, the subtitles just disappear from the screen after a few seconds pass. This happens only on the TV app and not on the web interface.I've attached the server log if it helps.  @SamES

I know what's causing that, but not sure if it's easy to resolve.   I'll take a look.
