App only shows 24hr clock

TV: UE32M5500

Server: 4.8.11.0 on Windows

After reading about a problem in the Windows/Xbox app here; 

I thought that there may be a similar issue in the Samsung app as it seems to have always shown only a 24hr clock. There is a possible workaround for the Windows app by changing the locale to US but this setting isn't available in the Samsung app.

Have you looked in the Samsung App Settings, under the Display section?

There doesn't seem to be any setting that affects the clock. It only has display language but no locale setting or display mode as per the Windows app. Of course the display mode isn't required as a Samsung TV is obviously a TV  If it's possible to add the locale setting that could be a work around if this is truly a Windows issue.

I've just checked on the Android app and the same issue is there with the same fix to set the locale to US.

Not in the Samsung App. If it's possible to add it in the next release it would be a fix of sorts. Hopefully not too difficult

Hi, unfortunately, if it's not showing up then it means your device doesn't support the functions that are required in order to accomplish it.

To be honest I was sort of expecting that  As I've lived with using a 24hr clock for a very long time I'll not be worrying about it.
