Hi,

Have used Emby for some time with no problems.  Installed by a friend.  I now can’t seem to play content. Error message as below on TV programmes.  Movies just don’t seem to load/play.  Anyone able to help? See photo.

Please attach the server log from the time frame the activity occurred. See the section below titled Emby Server Logs. Please supply the full and complete log file in txt format. Please don't zip or compress,, and avoid attempting to extract relevant sections. Everything is relevant to us. When you attach the log, please also discuss what actions you took, and what the results were
