Ataiatek 1 Posted March 24, 2025 Posted March 24, 2025 Went to download an episode, and it is stuck on ready to transfer. No matter what i try to download it does this. Othere devices have no issue. Upon looking into the settings and the logs for the windows client. I am noticiny that there is a 4 hour time desync. The windows app thinks that it is 4 hours ahead of my server. When every other time on the system reads normal. Its only within the log files. Everything else with the system works fine. Playback is fine. Its just this. I dont know whats going on with. It I am unable to do a full wipe of the emby theater app from my computer as even when uninstalling and resintalling it, the system remembers everything for some reason. EmbyClient.txt

Further down in the log we can see this error 2025-03-23 20:41:12.404 Error MediaSync[e5c513f13f314cf4a4b2477f773aefa6]: MediaSync.DownloadMedia: StartDownload Failed for 4014784: 'This Cyst Persists' System.Runtime.InteropServices.COMException: System.Runtime.InteropServices.COMException (0x80200049): 0x80200049 at BITSReference10_1.BackgroundCopyManager10_1Class.CreateJob(String DisplayName, BG_JOB_TYPE Type, GUID& pJobId, IBackgroundCopyJob& ppJob) at Emby.Bits.BackgroundCopyManager.CreateJob(String displayName, JobType jobType) at Emby.Client.Application.WinUI.Features.Sync.BitsTransferManager.DownloadFile(String url, String relativePath, LocalItem localItem, String imageUrl) at Emby.Client.Sync.Implementation.Components.MediaSync.DownloadMedia(SyncedItem jobItem, LocalItem localItem) Source: BITSReference10_1 TargetSite: Void CreateJob(System.String, BITSReference10_1.BG_JOB_TYPE, BITSReference10_1.GUID ByRef, BITSReference10_1.IBackgroundCopyJob ByRef) Error 0x80200049 means BG_E_TOO_MANY_JOBS_PER_USER The Emby App uses the Background Intelligent Transfer Service (BITS) for download - same like Windows itself and other MS applications. To see what is going on and which jobs have filled up your queue, you can install the BITS Manager app: https://pub.emby.media/download/tools/BITSManager.msi Please try that and let us know about your findings. Thanks
