Audio is not played

Hi, can someone help me with playing a video?

I have a problem with playing audio.

If I use the APP on my smartphone it works, if I play a video on my PC I see the video but there is no audio.

Up until a month ago it was working, suddenly it stopped.

Hi Luca,
as I was saying I use Chrome, but I also tried with Firefox as my browser.
I can't hear the audio of the movies playing, why? Can you give me some advice?

you told me to follow the link, I did it but it bring me to write again on the "windows" chapter:

For example film like "Grand Isle" in italian or english do not sound nothing, neither with crome nor with Firefox. 
but also "Mr. Bean" S1:E1  or "2 gran figli di..."
 
Film like "Il pianeta del tesoro" (treasure planet)  works in Italian 

I can not explain this matter

  • Please attach the server log from the time frame the activity occurred. See the section below titled Emby Server Logs. Please supply the full and complete log file in txt format. Please don't zip or compress, and avoid attempting to extract relevant sections. Everything is relevant to us. If a server transcoding log (ffmpeg log) was also generated during playback (in the server logs folder), please attach that as well.
  • Logs can be accessed directly within the server's web interface by navigating to Advanced -> Logs.

non riesco a trovare questo server logs, 

è possibile da PC visualizzare un film di emby da VLC? magari con un altro player e non con crome funziona.

HI, why can't you find the server logs? What happens when you try to find them?

Non capisco dove devo cercare il server log. 

L'unica cosa che ho trovato è quella che ho mandato prima, ma non so se è il server log.  

Questo problema me lo fa con moltissimi film. 
lo fa sia con crome che con Firefox, sia in inglese che in italiano 

altri invece funzionano, in passano non lo ha mai fatto
