Fixed with the latest Onkyo firmware upgrade :)

Raz,

I wonder if you had been able to bypass your Onkyo, somehow, to find out earlier, that it was an Onkyo issue?   Doing these bypass tests take some effort, but you save time by discovering which hardware / software / connectivity issues are not causing the issue.  Just a thought...

It was my next step but the firmware solved it. I now have some other issues but it is the receiver's fault. Thanks
