Maximum Allowed Parental Rating Ignored in Latest Media Section

Maximum allowed parental rating is getting ignored in the Latest media section in the home screen. For example, in the case of the series Arrested Development, I even tried setting a custom rating of X. It is still not working. 

 

As you can see in the next picture, the maximum allowed rating is PG-13/T. I don't know if I'm missing something or not because the My Media section works completely fine eg. the series is not shown in the folder. Is this a bug?

Does any episode have lower rating? Does it actually show/makes all episodes available for playback? 

You could also run a copier script (copies TV show PG rating to all underlying episodes):

and see how does it compare?

I just tested these exact rating and it worked as expected for me on 4.9.0.42
What server version are you running?
