Hiya, 

My sibling is having trouble recovering her password - she has put her email address into the recover password form but isn't receiving the recovery email?

I have checked spam/junk folders. 

Any ideas?

Is your sibling trying to use Emby Connect or trying to sign into your server directly?

 

There is no email based password reset process for local users; the admin must re-set their password and provide it to them.

Are they able to log into this forum with their information?

When you created the user on you your server did you create with their email or add their Optional email address for Connect?

It’s via Emby connect yeah.

OK so have her try to sign into this forum. She can use the forgot password process while she does that.
