Issue with v4.8.11.0 - scan media failed

I installed v4.8.11.0 on my QNAP NAS today but experiencing issues - I initially received alerts for scan media library failed, refresh users failed and download subtitles failed messages and was no longer seeing any of my content.

I have tried to reinstall and although the refresh users and download subtitles issues is not showing as an alert, I am still receiving the scan media failed issue so can not see any of my media when I log in to Emby (just the original library folder names along the top with a collage of covers)

I have also tried to add a new library as a test but am getting a message "there was an error adding the media path. Please ensure the path is valid and the Emby Server process has access to that location".  My media is also stalled on the NAS and can access via usual Windows folder routes.  Nothing else has changed.

I am not too technical and only use Emby on a home server to stream to my home tv/devices.  When I load Emby on my tv I receive a message saying there appears to be an issue connecting to the Emby server, ensure it is running.

Log attached:

Im now getting an unable to connect message after trying to restart the Emby server and have left it quite a while

Am going to try and reinstall again

Is it worth trying the 4.9.0.42 beta version or will it be same issues?

Reinstall made no difference as cannot connect at all now via web browser and not recognised by my devices

Am using http://192.168.1.138:8086/

Hi there, please attach the complete emby server log file rather than just a small snippet. Thanks !

Hi, this is happening because you tried to roll back from 4.9 to 4.8, which is not supported. If you wish to run 4.8, then you'll need to make a fresh start by deleting the server data folder at:

/share/CACHEDEV1_DATA/.qpkg/EmbyServer/programdata

or you can go back to the beta and install that.
