nusuzst 31 Posted March 16, 2025 Posted March 16, 2025 Hey everyone, I'm having an issue with Emby and hoping someone can help. It suddenly stopped working, so I tried updating the app and restarting my server, but now I can't log into my Emby account at all. I've double-checked my credentials, but nothing seems to work. Has anyone else experienced this issue? Could it be related to the update, or is there something else I should try? Any advice would be greatly appreciated! Thanks in advance!

Happy2Play 9780 Posted March 16, 2025 Posted March 16, 2025 Ok haven't seen this in awhile but you have got the database in a Locked condition and have to do some digging SQLiteException: Busy: database is locked You have to shut down Emby and go to Data path: /share/CACHEDEV1_DATA/.qpkg/EmbyServer/programdata/data and delete the .shm and .wal files. https://emby.media/support/articles/Corrupt-Database.html?q=corrupt#:~:text=Remove Database Locks
Solution Luke 42078 Posted March 16, 2025 Solution Posted March 16, 2025 An easy thing to try before going to all of that would be to just reboot the server machine and see if that cures it.
