Time shifting specific channels

Is there any way to have guide data for some specific channels set to a different time zone? I have a couple of network affiliates in my channel list from Kansas City. which is one hour earlier than where I am in MD. I'd like the guide listings to be accurate to the local time, so that (with only one stream) I can record an NBC show that's on at 8 EDT and also an ABC show that is also on at 8 EDT, but on the Kansas City affifliate, it would be on at 9 EDT. Let me know if this doesn't make sense. and Thanks!

Yes they are. I don’t really want to pay for a second stream so this was the way I was going to try to get two shows recorded that are on at the same time.

Is this an m3u?

It is an M3U but it seems to have resolved itself somehow. West coast channels are now showing the times they air on the west coast, and three hours later than they air here which is just what I was looking for
