emby premiere "device listed exceeded"?

Hi

I'm a new member here on emby. I have emby premiere.

Forgive my lack of skill on figuring out what's wrong. I've tried to search here for answers and the web but no luck.

I have installed the app on my phone, laptop and three android tv's. The third tv setup went smoothly until I try to play anything. I get a message that says "premiere device listed exceeded".

I now have the app "premiere for android tv". Version 2.1.23g registered. By mistake I had downloaded the other app  "emby for android" but got a similar message "you need to insert premiere key" but I have already done that. I sign in through emby connect.

There is no vpn. Philips tv is connected by wifi.

Can someone please tell me what I'm doing wrong.

Do they have Emby premiere? If not then I would ask them to add it to their server.

Yes he has emby premiere. He was the one suggesting I should try emby instead of plex

OK if he looks at his Emby Premiere page what does it say about his device limit?
