Just Cancelled Premiere

I'm done got sick of not being able to log into Emby connect even manual input of server doesn't work. I thought I was smart by making a new account same problems. I love Emby but I need something simple I can maintain for my 80+ year old parents

Mac OS Safari and possibly other browsers often just do not want to connect to an IP address.  Instead, they go to a search engine.  I cannot tell from your post if this is an issue.  Try adding http:// before the IP address and also try opening an incognito browser window.  Browser software on Mac OS tends to limit users because the designers probably feel access to an IP address is a security risk.  Apple does this type of thing a lot with all it's products.

I just kept signing in until it worked and that's what drives me crazy I spent three hours at my parents home trying to get this to work. I do the love the excellent support
