Playback stops and then resumes

Hi,
I have noticed that on many movies or series, I often have a problem: the playback stops and then resumes. Even when I transcode at very low quality, the issue persists. I don’t understand why.
I disabled the subtitles, but the problem is still there. I changed the quality, and the issue remains.
Here are my transcoding logs.
For your information, I am transcoding with an Intel i7-14700, and my network speeds are as follows:
Download: 869.67 Mbps
Upload: 604.41 Mbps.
