Live TV - "Setup" Tab is Blank

I'm new to "Live TV", the answer to my issue might be simple.

Questions
Is the Live TV (Manage Emby Server => Server => Live TV) setup tab supposed to be blank like this?
If not, does anyone know how to fix this? Perhaps I'm missing a plugin?

Troubleshooting
I tried to install the following live tv plugins and restart, but that didn't change the situation.
  - M3U TV Tuner
  - Emby Guide Data
  - IPTV

Hi, I would try clearing browsing data and seeing if that helps.

Thanks for the suggestion, but this doesn't fix the issue.

I'm assuming the "setup" tab isn't supposed to be blank then.
