Radeon's Theme Video & Audio Plugin not downloading files to my Emby server

Just paid for and downloaded the four plugins for Movie Theme Video, Movie Theme Audio, TV Theme Video and TV Theme Audio, ran the scheduled tasks, but it is not downloadiong any audio or video files. I believe the plugin is authored by a guy called @radeonI did use a different email address to my emby one when paying with PayPal for the four pack plugin. Can anyone help?
