js28194 36 Posted March 4, 2025 Posted March 4, 2025 I am running Emby Server 4.18.10 and a have a ton of collections where there image and metadata have gone blank. I have hit the identify button and selected the correct Title and/or Moviedb iD, but it says not found. Example is blade collection below. There is nothing in the Log file even attempting to refresh metadata. Since I have quite a few collections like this, I went into server settings, library, but notice the collections library has no rescan option at the main folder level. Any ideas? Also, doing a refresh metadata and replace all images does nothing also. 2025-03-04 10:26:26.219 Info Server: http/1.1 POST http://192.168.70.241:8096/emby/Items/276491/Refresh?Recursive=true&ImageRefreshMode=FullRefresh&MetadataRefreshMode=FullRefresh&ReplaceAllImages=true&ReplaceAllMetadata=true&X-Emby-Client=Emby Web&X-Emby-Device-Name=Firefox Windows&X-Emby-Device-Id=582c4c6a-ac94-48fc-9472-395ebc8a6b89&X-Emby-Client-Version=4.8.10.0&X-Emby-Token=c8000a6ff70d474da361939ea73a3aa7&X-Emby-Language=en-us. Solution Happy2Play 9780 Posted March 4, 2025 Solution Posted March 4, 2025 Can you please show your Collections Library settings as it suggest the provider options are not enabled. If they are enabled can you toggle the settings off then back on to see if they make a difference as your log snippet shows no provider query. ie something like this. js28194 36 Posted March 4, 2025 Author Posted March 4, 2025 Well, looks like Themovidb wasn't check off as a provider, infact nothing was checked. Not sure how it got unchecked, but thanks for the simple pointer. 1 1
