I have no clue.  I did not check when it happened. But I did it again on a different PC and this time I got a Unable to Launch Application and I attached the log.

I checked the event log and there was nothing that corresponded to log file time stamp.  There are a couple of MB3 errors from before 9:17am

 

 

Application or service 'MediaBrowser.Classic.Installer' could not be shut down.

I noticed there was a Dev update and I'm not sure if it was supposed to help with this issue but i'm still having the same failures.   Is there any work around?  Is this a Win 7 issue?

No, nothing has been done on this yet because we can't find an error in your system and I cannot reproduce it.

There is a chance the new dev version (.241) will help this situation.  Please try it and see.

I just updated to .241 and it works great!  No more errors and it even fixed Movies by Genre too.  I don't know the voodoo that you do but it worked
