"No compatible streams are currently available"

I'm using my own m3u file in live TV, but I can't play it in the web emby and emby app. When I click play, it prompts "No compatible streams are currently available." However, in the same network environment, I tested with VLC and was able to play IPTV normally. I have uploaded the logs as attachments. Please help me understand how to solve this problem. Thank you.

Yes, IPTV can be played through transcoding.
