More options regarding external players

Unless I'm missing something, I can add an external player if I don't have one, and remove an external player if I do have one...and that's it. I guess you can add multiple external players, but does that pop up a "which external player?" dialogue or do you have to nominate different players for different types of media?

Either way, that's immaterial to what I want to raise:

1. The option to simply disable an external player. Sometimes I want to play things in Emby. Sometimes I want to play things externally. I shouldn't have to go in and set up an external player from scratch every time I change this.
2. The option to have external players be a per-user setting. This would resolve the first point for my use case - I use an external player with my admin account and Emby itself with my user account.
3. The option to just have it ask whether to play something internally or externally, if an external player is set up.

 

EDIT: I've just realised I can achieve 1) by going in and unchecking all media types, but a more exposed "disable this player completely" option would still be nice.

Hi, yes you can control which player gets used in this manner, but certainly there is room to expand on these options.
