Hello I hope this message finds you well, this is Mjeed.

I have 2 issue.

 

 

1- I am facing an issue with translating SRT subtitles in your Application Emby. During the transcoding process, the subtitles do not appear. Is there a solution, or do I need to change the subtitle format?

 

2- I subscribed to Emby Premiere Lifetime, but I was not granted unlimited devices.

كل الاشتراكات لها عدد محدد من الاجهزة, وانت عندك مدى الحياة اشتراك حاله كمن يدفع الاشتراك الشهرى

هناك اشتراكات يمكن اظافتها لزيادة عدد الاجهزة

مرحبا ابو بدر انا جيت لأمبي عشان أستفيد من الأجهزه وحتى لو بشتري أجهزه إضافية ماني مستفيد إذا على كذا انا حاب أسترجع المبلغ وأنسحب

لأن للاسف اشتريته مرتيه ولا اقدر اضيف مرتين وهذا شيء خطأ انا لو بضيف 500 جهاز ما بقدر كذا ما ينفع دفعت اشتراك اخر ولم استفيد منه هل يمكنني ارجع المبلغ ؟

You should stop purchasing additional subscriptions without first understanding how they work.

Can I purchase multiple additional keys on different emails just to increase the number of devices on the same server?

I purchased a lifetime key but did not find it useful.

Therefore, I would like to request a refund as I did not benefit from the key.

I prefer to switch to a monthly subscription instead. Can I get a refund?

No. The licenses are only for the number of devices they indicate. The 45 device upgrade is for 45 devices exactly, not 45 additional devices.

Please review the link I have already provided. Here it is again: Is there a limit to Emby Premiere?

Emby is designed to be a personal media server, and the standard licence should be suitable for a single household as described in the above link.

if i paid the premiere emby and i download a movie without subtitle and i run the movie you will give me  a  arabic subtitle? إذا دفعت  ل امبي البريمير وقمت بتنزيل فيلم بدون ترجمة وشغلت الفيلم، فهل ستعطيني ترجمة عربية؟ sorry if my eng bad

Yes you can configure a subtitle provider within Emby to download subtitles in your preferred language. This can be done automatically or manually.
