Frustrated

I have a nighthawk RS700 and I recently changed my nighthawk modem to my isp modem.

I am very tech savvy I put the isp modem in bridge mode. I set the forwarding on the synology drive. I also have Emby premiere lifetime.

The issue is the remote access is stopping every other day and everyone gets blocked. I reset the synology and then it works again. The synology drive has the port forwarding and permissions correct.

I need to know why does the remote access keep getting blocked every other day and what is the max number number of users for Emby premiere lifetime and do I need to do port forwarding on the router and modem too PLEASE HELP

Hi, can you please attach the emby server log from your current server installation?

Thanks.

OK so you're going to want the 64-bit beta package.

But I wouldn't grab the beta just in hopes that it might resolve your remote connection issue. We should actually look into what's going on there.

I actually fixed the remote issues instead of doing the port forwarding on my NAS I did it on the router and it has been stable

He had to setup port forwarding on the router to allow inbound traffic through it.
