Is there a way to get Emby to rescan external libraries at quicker intervals? Several times a day?

My Emby server runs on Synology, but this is not specific to that platform.  I have a library of 3700 video's on an external Windows machine that does it's own recording with a different system.  When a new video is added to that library from that other source, Emby simply doesn't know that library changed so you won't see the new video listed until Emby does it's nightly rescan.  

You CAN do a manual scan anytime, and your new addition will then appear that way, but is there a way for Emby to rescan my library more often, say every 4hr hours?  Apparently Emby only does 1 rescan of your libraries, automatically after midnight.

You can change the schedule task trigger to whatever you like.

Go to scheduled task and click on the task

delete or add additional triggers.

Or you can run your own script with the api call
