not creating thumbnails

After working fine for over a year, Emby has stopped creating thumbnails for my content. It does this for movies and TV shows. What suddenly changed?

What falls under "my content"? Home videos?

If so, do you have "Image Capture" enabled/ticked in library options, "Video Image Fetchers" section?

I think you might have misunderstood my original post. It's not making thumbnails for movies and tv shows. Not concerned with personal videos.

Originally had TvDb for TV and TheMoviedb for movies. When it stopped working I checked the app

Do you have premier ?

CoverArt plugin cant do its thing without permier, and I think thats whats messing with you covers.

If you don't have permier, uninstall the plugin and see if that helps.

I actually installed the plug-in to see if it would fix the issue. It is not causing the  issue

Have you reenabled tvdb and TheMoviedb don't see any attempt to look up metadate in that log file.

Yes, a few times already. I am pretty good at troubleshooting tech stuff. If I have to ask for help it something a bit more complicated that "unplugging"

OK please try refreshing the metadata on kill bill and see if that helps get an image.

i got it sorted earlier today, I refreshed metadata and then had to rescan library
