Playback Error: No compatible streams are currently available

Hey Guys. Did we get any update on this? I'm having the same issue on the iOS app. anytime I go to play a movie that is in mkv format on the server i get the "There is currently no compatible stream available". The app on apple tv seems to work fine. chrome and safari can both play back fine on the iPhone as well.

Hi,

I have attached my logs now. I am having an issue when playing movies on the iOS app 2.2.35. it only happens on some movies. when i looked at the movie files i noticed that the ones having issues all seem to be in the mkv format. when I select some movies I get a playback error. " No compatible streams are currently available". I have re installed the app. I also have no playback issues on other device apps or safari on iOS.

Not sure what has happened. I deleted the app for a 4th time, this time I deleted it from the settings menu. When i reinstalled it all seems to be working correctly.
