I want to download the emby app outside the Microsoft store

there is another version of the app which is different form the one in Microsoft store

The store version has been fully rewritten and is now the only version available for Windows - the previous "Desktop" version has been withdrawn.

Are you referring to Emby Theater? Technically the setup.exe is still available, and it probably still installs, but yes the new app is replacing it and will stop working eventually.

Pretty sure you can only get the old Desktop ET version from GitHub as the new version is in the App Store.

This is the link for the setup exe but not sure if it actually still works to install, otherwise the above github page has a "portable" theater zip which should work too.

it's working in the first time then when I open it next time it's open electron beige
