XMLTV Guide Refresh Interval

Sorry if this is self-evident and/or posted previously, I searched through the forum seeing if "guide refresh interval" would give me the answer I was looking for but didn't see a relevant post 4 pages in.

What is the interval that XMLTV guides are refreshed?  And is there a custom interval setting?  I ask because I have docker that supplies Pluto channels into Emby and it only usually has 6-12 hours worth of guide data at a time.  My current DVR platform has the ability to refresh a guide in various intervals (3, 6, 12, 24 hours) but haven't found that option here yet.

I'm on 4.8.8 if that makes a difference, I can't get 4.8.10 to install or update through Package Manager on my Synology.

Settings>Scheduled Tasks>Refresh Guide. Click to change/add/delete trigger(s).
