Karaoke support

hi all,

Apologies if this as been discussed before.im in process of building server on my windows pc to stream to my firestick.

So ive added music folder and music videos folder and karaoke videos folder all work ok. I  have a large karaoke folder which i would like to add but will the contents be recognised in emby they are cd+g files.i tried adding them in plex but did not show up in folder.

cd+g files will play with vlc player is there anyway i can add these folders to emby and play in emby even if vlc player can be added in emby as a media player.Thanks

i read that vlc player used to be able to be added as an external player is this no longer possible only i have created a karaoke folder in emby now be obviously when i go into it  i only see the music mp3 file which plays but not the cd+g graphics.
