Duplicate Use HTML formatting for Actors etc

Pictures make it much easier to explain.

The paragraph tag should be no issue, the <i> italics tag is just for demonstration. TMDB doesn't use this from my findings.

This also applies to other fields that can be imported from TMDB, e.g. plot overview.

Also works in EmbyTheater (Win) plus more AFAIK
