The license is regularly lost

VPN is not used on the server.

the key field is empty.
I did nothing.
I am attaching the logs for the last two days.

Is it gone only in the browser?  Have you tried a different browser?

  As nothing is standing out as your transcode logs show premiere is being used for HWA.

I tried on another computer and iPad.
There is no license anywhere.

Hi.  There is nothing I'm aware of in our system that would blank out that field.  You must have a browser plug-in or something external that is interfering here.

I don't understand how a browser plugin can delete a license key.
I have extensions in Chrome.
I will start using Edge to access Emby. There are no additional plugins.

@ebr, @Happy2Play, @Carlo, 11 hours ago I downloaded a movie to my tablet, and I was driving to work watching it on the tablet.
After 8 hours, I tried to open the movie on my tablet and saw that there was nothing in the downloads. I looked in the app on my iPad - there was a circle spinning there. I came home, logged in through Edge and saw that the circle was spinning here too. In the interval between successful offline viewing and deleting all the downloaded movies, I did nothing with Emby.

I closed all open Embi pages in Chrome in the morning, before entering the key.

I am attaching logs for two days.

But it couldn't delete the key while the computer was turned off!

I would try disabling or white-listing Emby with your Anti-virus.  That sounds like exactly the kind of thing that could be causing this type of behavior.

I will try to insert the key and download movies to the device using only the iPad. There is no antivirus.

Something external (I still suspect your antivirus) appears to be interfering with your configuration.  Are there errors in the console?

no errors no.
My antivirus can't interfere when the computer is turned off and I added a license on the iPad!

Please click the "console" tab in that screen.  You are just looking at the document structure.  The little red "1" indicates there is an error.

I lost my license when I was away from home and the computer was turned off. I was going to work - watching Emby downloaded to the iPad, and when I returned from work I saw that all the files had already been deleted and there was no license or the circle was spinning.

So it is a matter of figuring out what on your setup is messing with communication to mb3abmin.

As this would appear to only be a issue on your setup but server logs obviously show this is a intermittent issue as they show validation.

Your specific Emby environment.  As there is no way for me to replicate your issue on my system.  But your issue is sounding more like a offline mode issue if it is only related to downloads.

How can you tell the key is missing if the machine running the server is turned off?

Are you starting a download and then turning off the computer running the Emby Server?

emby is running on my Synology
