You log for 14th February (4400.txt) shows your license being validated:

True did you do something as 2025-02-14 22:55:08.379 to validate key again?  But per the logs provided nothing stands out.

The zipfile you uploaded is full of CRDOWNLOAD files. 

CRDOWNLOAD is a temporary file extension used by Chromium web browsers during file download. They are incomplete files that have not fully downloaded.

Please try uploading these files again, but first wait for each file to fully download to your computer before zipping them up. The crdownload extension will disappear once the file is completely downloaded.

Really need to see a log covering 24 plus hours as you have a 8 second log (2025-02-16 00:00:00.005-00:00:08.913) that looks like from a restart at midnight and the next log is 45 minutes (2025-02-16 00:00:11.356-00:45:10.440).

As Emby appears to validate fine.

I am not seeing anything looking through your zipped logs except your issue with TMDB either timing out our a certificate error.  As you don't appear to have any other communincations issue with other sites.

System.Security.Authentication.AuthenticationException: The remote certificate is invalid according to the validation procedure: RemoteCertificateNameMismatch

@ebrwhat would cause the server to lose validated state in less than 24 hours?

Hi.  Open the browser console when that circle is spinning.  Are there errors there?

Can you post the server log for that time frame.   As that would suggest a communications issue as it tries to query your premiere key status to display on that page.

What client is that?

I think the server validation is fine and, rather, it  is his browser that is causing issues.  Either an ad-blocker or privacy plug-in or perhaps CSP issues.

But per the transcoding logs it suggests not validated.

I was just downloading a movie to my iPad. The download was successful, but the file is not on the iPad.

Not sure as I am not seeing anything unusual, I just tested downloading an episode without issue on iOS 2.2.35

You might need to enable debug logging on the server to see more info.  But suggests item transferred fine.

Hi.  Your download issues would not be related to Premiere as, if that weren't validated, it wouldn't allow you to start that process.

Like @Happy2Play I've seen the same thing were logs show Premiere isn't activated when something such as hardware acceleration is used.

But the logs themselves have been incomplete so we can't determine when and why the validation was unsuccessful.

@Alepimif you see this happen again, get us a full set of logs as well as a brief explanation of what was taking place on the server at the time including any use of VPNs that might have been in use.
