Once a week meta data internet needed. While I'm asking do you collect data on what we grab meta data for and collect data on what media posters we download and from where ?

@GrimReaperI think they mean support for Emby working fully offline.  They are afraid that Emby is getting information on what they have on their server. 

(Their concern might be because they seem to be peddling an illegal link in another thread.)

Well, I run Emby fully offline for better part of the year (nature of the job) - hence was asking for clarification.

So just how do you want emby to get you this data?

Really, then only add/scan new files when you have an internet connection (otherwise turn off RTM and disable scheduled tasks/scans)

You could reconnect it to the internet once a week and manually refresh metadata.
