Startup issue

Hello, i have an issue with my server i updated it today now emby will not start. i am using truenas core newest update is 13.0-U6.7. my update on emby was the latest dependencies and once done i restarted emby server and then tried to go onto the server and it gives me see screenshot for issue... i have no idea how to fix this because it has been working fine up until i updated the dependancies and updated my truenas core server to the latest update. now i can't get onto my emby server..

i can't get into emby to do anything even get a log as you see by the screenshot this is as far as it gets. i even deleted emby completely and reinstalled it and still won't goto the emby server. it is weird like something is blocked and not letting me use emby but nothing has changed except when i updated the dependancies.

i tried everything sort of reinstalling truenas os which is a serious pain to do with everything i have on truenas. i used other browsers and everything and still same results also couldn't use any of the apps to get on emby like i said it is very strange what happened

Jay,

Have you tried pinging the server IP?  Your Truenas update may have changed something that needs tweaking to allow access to the server.  Also, you should be able to find any log files by looking in the Emby systems log directory without needing to start Emby.

I dod go through the network setting configuration on my server and nothing was changed because everything else works fine like it always has. It is so weird it's making me think that my isp blocked emby but plex works fine it makes no sense.  And alsp there's absolutely no way to get a log file for emby if you can't log into emby to get it. Maybe there is but I'm not an expert with shell and ssh stuff I'm not a coder so idk. 

 

Update: alsp yes I tried a von to see if my isp blocked emby somehow and no emby still didn't allow me to log into it. It's the strangest thing I've  ever seen smh
