non admin user has access to add subtitle to my media folder!

hey 

if a user shared my server with with no admin permission add subtitle through opensubtitle why it add it directly on my mnt ? before if a user does this it uploads on 'config/metadata/library'

is there something wrong ? I don't want a user adding to my mnt also because u cant differentiate between my sub and a sub added  by user through opensubtitle they have the same format (language).srt

I know there is an option to disable adding subtitle for a user but i don't want that I only wants it to be added to   config/metadata/library  as it used to be

how to solve this please ? @Luke

why before it uploads to config/metadata/library ? suddenly changed to adding to my ceph

Is your library option "Save downloaded subtitles into media folder" enabled/ticked?
