.mp3 TV show theme music carries on playing after resuming the show

Emby Windows v 2.213.2.0

I have an .mp3 theme tune in a TV Series folder (see an exmaple of the file/folder structure I'm using attached. I assume that's correct) and it starts the theme song when clicking on the show from the library, as you'd expect, but when resuming a part watched episode the music continues to play after resuming, so both the episode audio and theme music are playing over each other.

Switching back to Emby Theater briefly to test this and it doesn't do it, and instead stops the theme music on resuming a part watched episode.
