Application is open with black screen randomly

I'm running Emby on samsung tv and sony tv (which running android). In my sony some times, when trying to open the app, it's show black screen, I need to go into Setting->apps-> force stop the emby app, and then open again, then and just them it's opended.

It's started only after activate LiveTV on my emby server, but not all the time I'm using it. For example, last time I watched a tv show, shut down tv, and turn it on at night, now trying to open the app but got the black screen again.

Not sure how to tell what is going on wrong in here..

Hi.  Can you try searching for our standard android app (Just "Emby" on Amazon and "Emby for Android on Google) on the same device's app store and see how that compares?

Not sure what do you mean, how I can search on Amazon? I don't have any other store then PlayStore.

Right, so you would just search the Play store.

I found it, and seem like I have an update to do. Now it's 2.1.23g

Hi, the version you want to have is 3.4.36+. It is a different app. You can find it using the instructions he gave. Also this: https://emby.media/emby-for-android.html

It worked well since your last comment with emby for android, but today it was worse. I've tried to open emby, and the whole screen was froze, emby stuck my tv without any response from my tv remote.

I had to plug out the tv and plug again to make it work, after that I've tried emby back again, then it worked.

Did you try double-clicking the "home" button?

I did, I also tried to shutdown the tv.. none of this worked.
