I cant log in

I cant log in on my computer, mobile phone and TV under the username MEHERAN and email JBGABAY@GMAIL.COM. I receive a message that one of the data is incorrect, but in my settings the data is correct. Please help.

What are you trying to log into?

Bear in mind that If you are trying to log in to an Emby server which is not yours, you should contact the person who is running that server - which will never be Emby (they only make the software, they do not provide any media).
