I have encountered similar situations in several episodes here, and the total number of episodes is correct. However, after obtaining metadata, there may be a lack of episodes. What is the reason for this?

Those episodes are not missing, numbers in in your screenshots:

are unwatched episodes counters, not total number of episodes - meaning that out of all episodes within TV show/seasons you have certain number of episodes considered/marked fully played (watched).
