Emby Premiere key is missing or invalid

I just purchased Emby Premiere 

When I add a key, the error appears - "Emby Premiere key is missing or invalid"

I wrote to email address billingsupport@emby.media

Got a response:

"If you are using a VPN, try disabling it. If not, Please post details of your issue on the support forum at https://emby.media/community and we can help you there. "

Enabling and disabling VPN doesn't change anything. 

The Emby server is installed on Synology Station.  Model DS224+. DSM 7.2.2-72806 Update 2

Hi,

Try turning off IP6 on your NAS or reordering the IP4/IP6 protocols.

No, but I found the problem.

For some reason, my ISP gave out an incorrect address when querying the DNS. www.mb3admin.com.

Hi, are you able to notify them about it? What isp? What address does it give?

Yes, I have informed technical support, they have already fixed the problem. Now the key has been successfully added. Thank you all for wanting to help.

That was a good find @Belenkiy

I don't think I've ever seen that mentioned here before.
I'm not even sure how that would happen for that DNS entry as it doesn't change.

Mind if I ask how, you determined their DNS server was returning an incorrect IP address?
