Library locked without premier subscription

I recently canceled my premier subscription and now when I go into my library, I'm not allowed to play any of my media without a subscription. How do I troubleshoot this?

Good suggestion. I confirmed I only have four devices listed under my account, so I would suspect it should work based on the link that you attached. I'm still locked out though

Have you removed the premiere key from the dashboard and restarted the emby server?

Did you restart emby after the removal of the key ?

Standard Android app currently requires active Premiere subscription for playback on TV devices (AFAIK it'll have same 5 free slots once current beta goes release); you need to use AndroidTV app for free devices/playback.

Thanks so much, Luke. I really do appreciate all of the work you all put into things. I do know that premier users help encourage development. With a limited budget, I plan to wait to see what features are added to Emby moving forward that will benefit me to justify the cost. But I truly do appreciate how responsive you all are on the forums and the product I know you are working hard to put out.
