yeah it was great, but I had a 42" plasma back then not a 75"

I have that, but you loose the bottom preview. 

This can be added of course.

 

But regarding your NextPVR screenshot - I find that too loaded. Both horizontally(3.5h instead of 2h) and vertically. Vertically I find so many rows bad, because when you are scrolling channels, you are no longer able to keep everything in sight, so looking for something takes more time than with less rows.

One last suggestion change the collections cover size to match the movies and tv for consistency. They are way too big at present. you might also be able to have 3 rows if smaller.
