high cpu usage when transcoding

hello guys i'm wondering if it's normal that an emby transcode is taking 93% of my cpu usage even tho it's set to use the GPU.. is this normal i wonder? what should i do to improve this buy a better gpu with more vcores?

here's the logs so u can see if gpu transcoding is being used properly:

i see the issue now, it seems like the nvidia-driver plugin on unraid is buggy and it randomly cant find the gpu anymore
