Handbrake for Emby 4K MKV Files

See attached.  I've used this Handbrake profile to transform my AAC audio issues into high grade MP3 without losing video quality.  I'm sure the profile isn't "perfect", but it's a good place to start for those of us who aren't super focused on this.
