OpenSubtitles search issue

hey

some of my users who use Emby for LG and also android TV

is having the issue of opensubtitles not getting any results on their TVs, on other devices it does show results and it's configured with vip account

the log is showing this on logs every time he tried to use the plugin.

it's solved by changing app language from arabic to english somehow

i have another issue which is error appear on Samsung tv saying this on the  image 

the logs u can check the latest with the Pitt tv show , why the app stopping it? @Luke
